If something arrives damaged
Send us a photo within 48 hours of your box arriving and we’ll replace the item or refund it, whichever you’d prefer. You won’t be out of pocket for postage.

Change of mind
If you’ve changed your mind, get in touch within 48 hours of delivery. Boxes need to be unopened and in their original condition, and return postage is covered by the sender.
Exchanges
Ordered the wrong milestone? As long as the box is unopened, we’re happy to swap it for the one that fits her moment. Return postage covered by the sender.
Your rights
None of the above limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If a product is faulty or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
